U.S. Senator Dick Durbin (D-IL) joined U.S. Secretary of Education Arne Duncan at Carl Schurz High School on September 9, 2011 as part of Duncan’s “Education and the Economy,” a back-to-school bus tour stopping in cities around the Great Lakes.
