Collinsville Tank Car Safety

In response to safety concerns raised by the rapid increase of trains carrying volatile crude oil and ethanol across the country, U.S. Senator Dick Durbin (D-IL) held a news conference with local mayors and first responders to call for stronger safety measures to strengthen tank cars and help prevent derailments on Friday, May 29 in Collinsville, Illinois.
