DREAM Act Re-Introduction

[WASHINGTON, DC] Durbin spoke to the press along with Senators Reid (D-NV), Menendez (D-NJ), Blumenthal (D-CT) about the re-introduction of the DREAM Act. The DREAM Act would allow a select group of immigrant students with great potential to contribute more fully to America.
