U.S. Senator Dick Durbin (D-IL) marked the two-year anniversary of the U.S. Veterans Administration’s Family Caregiver Program, which was created by legislation he authored, by meeting with seriously injured post-9/11 veterans and their family caregivers who participate in the program at the Hines VA Hospital on Thursday, August 29.
