Senator Durbin visited the Flanagan-Graymont Fire Protection District in Flanagan, Illinois to discuss his bipartisan legislation, the SIREN Act, that would support rural emergency medical services (EMS) agencies in confronting the opioid epidemic and addressing evolving rural health challenges.
