State of the Union

[WASHINGTON, DC] In what has become an annual tradition, U.S. Senator Dick Durbin (D-IL) hosted an Illinois servicemember as his guest for President Barack Obama's State of the Union address. Hospital Corpsman 3rd Class (HM3) Joseph Marcinkowski from Batavia, Illinois, also attended the Secretary of the Senate's dinner immediately preceding the President’s address. Durbin held a private meeting with HM3 Marcinkowski, before the Secretary of the Senate's dinner.
